3. Assessments and AI processing

The Service offers quizzes and assessments whose responses are processed, in part, by automated and AI-assisted systems to generate insights and personalized recommendations. Results are provided for self-reflection and personal development only — they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including assessments, questions, results frameworks, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Telos Life Intelligence and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos Life Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its assessment results.
